It's no secret that sleep has a huge impact on the way you look.  There's a reason they call it 'beauty sleep'.  But many of us don't live that way.  

We're constantly aware of how eating impacts our looks - we'll think about each bite and whether it's worth the hit to our waistlines.  And we're constantly thinking about exercise and appearance too - we'll spend hours on a treadmill to achieve the perfect look.  But of the three pillars of health - sleeping, eating, and exercising - the way you sleep might have the biggest impact on the way you look.

We sat down with Dr. Terrence Keaney, the renowned dermatologist, to get the inside perspective on what your bedtime activities are doing to your face and body.
