We paired our plush top layer with increasingly stiffer middle foam layers, on top of an active pocket-coil base. Comfort and support together, in a more responsive surface.
A coil base three years in the making
We spent more than 3 years refining our coils, testing and re-testing until the base delivered active, responsive support night after night.
Our unique coil structure provides a smoother variable resistance. Soft for the first 15% compression, then progressively firmer and firmer as more force is applied.
Our coils are also triple heat tempered and air-cooled each time. This technique takes longer, but it means our mattress will hold up through decades of heavy use, far longer than single-tempered or water-cooled coils.

The W2.15 balances comfort and support, with a more active and responsive feel than an all-foam mattress. We paired a soft and plush top layer with increasingly stiffer and firmer middle foam layers, all on a zoned pocket-coil base. It's comfortable and pressure-relieving like a softer mattress, but provides full body support like a firmer mattress — and the coils give it more bounce and make it easier to move around. It feels wonderful to lie on, but also allows you to sleep deeply all night long.
The W2.15 Mattress is built using real sleep data to deliver a better night's sleep. We recruited an army of testers, then tracked their sleep quality using activity bands for more than two years, using this data to continually refine our mattress through more than four years of development. The result is a mattress that's actually tested to feel better and to help you sleep more deeply.
The Wright mattress works on any firm, flat surface. You can place it on a platform bed, on bed slats, on an adjustable base, or on any flat foundation or boxspring.
We offer free in-home installation, anywhere in the US and Canada (including Alaska & Hawaii). Your mattress will arrive with a two-man delivery team who will set up your new mattress in your bedroom, clean up all packaging, and can remove one old mattress for recycling.
We can also ship the mattress directly to your door by UPS if you prefer to get your mattress sooner, or don't want to schedule a delivery.
